The last of Charlotte Russe at the Tracy West Valley Mall
So sad to see it go, my favorite go to place to shop for cute clothes.
West Valley Mall, Tracy, CA
This mall is very stuck in the 1990s, but is probably less than half full now with very few chains remaining. Target, Cinemark, and Macys (former Gottschalks) remain as anchors. There’s also a Hobby Lobby in an old JCPenney and a Burlington in an old Barnes and Noble, but both have no mall access. T
West Valley Mall- Tracy, CA
Mall was mostly dead sadly. Almost all stores were either closed or empty lots. Would’ve loved to see this mall in the 90’s.

West Valley Mall in Tracy, CA. Revisited the mall during a drive to Merced to see how the malls I visited in September were doing now for the holidays. Still very relaxed here but not that much festive decor in the main mall, though Santa is fortunately still doing photos right in the center.
