West Oaks, for the state it's in, is doing much better than the previous mall I visit which was Orlando Fashion Square. There's still a decent amount of tenants (but still plenty of vacancy) and still has two anchors (Dillard's and JCPenney). One anchor space is occupied by Sunpass which isn't exact
