Does Concord Mills or Charlotte Premium Outlets have better prices?
Need to stop at a Levi's store this weekend to exchange some pants and going to be shopping around at some other stores. Concord Mills is closer to me but if the prices are that much better at Charlotte Premium Outlets then I'll just go there instead. Any ideas?
